THE NEW EVENT CREATION EXPERIENCE

The AXS Event Portal is a B2C application based on event creation. With this wizard we create a  platform with 4 easy steps towards event building. The user flow depicts with the login and dashboard screen, next transition will go in to the event creation flow. Step one is the event information – Name, time, and description of the event. Step two is the ticketing and seat map – Choosing event data base and price type and levels. Step three on sale management  – general on sale and pre-sale options dependence on set time. Step four – Review screen where users can review and finalize the events. 

 

PROBLEM

Client support specialist builds multiple events every day. With building these events, they go through 3 different systems to make the event live. All 3 systems are different and have indistinctive functionality which makes it complicated for client support to add their data entry. This creates an inconsistency within their data, having no history and trace backs within the event that was built.

 

SOLUTION

Build 1 platform where client support can navigate through the product to build and access previous events. Creating a simplified flow and adding additional functionality to enhance the event creation experience. This simplified flow allows client specialist to go through the process more intuitive but maintains adjustability and control.
