PROBLEM

Being one of the top football clubs globally, A.S. Roma as an organization deals with consumers all over the world - every day. A.S. Roma’s problem is their ticketing platform, which lacks functionality towards configuration filters and security restrictions. Within their platform, the flow process is counter intuitive, and becomes confusing for the user.  

SOLUTION

Users such as account managers, sales associates, and box office employees will use this product to create their transactions. With this flow, each transaction ticket enters the system and pass security restrictions within their data entry. Non-qualified security restrictions are not valid sale. This is a responsive web application. 

RESEARCH 

A.S Roma deals with many consumers every day, these customers are consistent buyers for the organization. Account managers, sales associates, and box office employees deals with data/information entry into their systems with all security verifications. This main demographic group are aged at 20s - 40s. A.S. Roma needs this product to be quick, easy, and intuitive. As they deal with data/insights entry everyday along with consumer facing. 

 

DESIGN 

I worked with my UX researcher to create a flow that was intuitive towards the user. This flow had the functionality to help the user apply data and information into their system. I’ve started low fidelity comps to create a direction for the product. It was within 2 design sprints this was accomplished. Working with Developers and Engineers to see what functions and capabilities our APIs can and cannot do within our systems. From there we collaborated on the wire frames of the product to plug in the user towards the flow. Directing and guiding the user towards a clear communication of the product and process.
