YOUR MUSIC TASTE PLAYLIST

As all music streaming apps contain heavy music content, some lacks execution in personalized user journeys. All sections within the app contain minimal selections to choose from based on the users plays & music taste. This creates a user-friendly navigation system for users to play and match their musical destination. LimeWire advocates for the user. The mobile app contains 4 sections- the home, browse, station, and user’s music page. All section includes not more than 4 sub sections, these sub sections include recently played, discover, suggestions/recommendations etc. towards their music taste. Each song, artist and album that the user plays -LimeWire builds an algorithm towards identifying the user’s insights. This approach is clean and user friendly based on the user-centered design.

IN THE BEGINNING

LimeWire was a place for all types of music lovers. The product itself was a platform to find and listen to music to its personalized user. This mobile app is a nostalgic memory to the millennials when music and technology was born. 

Today, music streaming apps hold heavy content. To execution the personalized user journeys, we provided all sections within the app to contain minimal selections for users to play & find their music taste. The psychology, human factors, & linguistics creates a compelling story towards the user’s musical destination. The goal of this research is to create a user-friendly navigation system to develop a user-centered design. LimeWire advocates for the user.
